While many QuickMill machines use thermoblocks, the compact yet powerful QuickMill Pippa features a 0.45-liter brass boiler. This generous boiler capacity creates an excellent thermal buffer while keeping warm-up times quick — around 10 minutes. Thanks to the boiler design, the Pippa delivers stronger steam performance, making it ideal for cappuccino lovers. The easy-to-use rotary steam knob and flexible stainless steel double-walled steam wand provide exceptional control and comfort.

The Pippa is equipped with QuickMill’s renowned ring group, located directly beneath the boiler for immediate heating. This setup allows the use of E61-compatible filters and portafilters, giving you a wide range of filter options. The ring group is also compatible with blind filters for easy backflushing and cleaning.

As expected, the Pippa uses a vibration pump like its thermoblock-powered sibling. However, the Pippa’s pump pressure can be finely tuned with an adjustable overpressure valve (OPV) set to 9 bar. Additionally, the pump features QuickMill’s expansion vessel, making it significantly quieter than standard vibration pumps.

The Pippa Nera sports a stainless steel body with sleek black accents. Walnut handles on the steam knob and portafilter add a touch of elegance and sophistication.
